Little Dragons (Ages 3-4) are encouraged to apply for 1 stripe per month.
Ninjas (Ages 5-6) are encouraged to apply for 2 stripes per month.
Youth and Adults are encouraged to test for 3 stripes per month.
The maximum number that can be tested on per month is 3. This will ensure our students are receiving the best amount of training prior to their Belt Test. Tip Assessments are offered once a month on either the wednesday or thursday before testing.
Belt Tests are offered once a month on the last friday of every month unless otherwise indicated ue to holidays. There will be no testing in December.

Once you have all 8 of your stripes for the following topics you may register to test. There will be no make up tests so please plan accordingly.

POOMSE REVIEW/ FLEXIBILITY STATIONS (OPEN GYM FORMAT) : This Class is open to at the listed ranks, but is not an instructional class. The student may review all previous Poomse together as a group until their current cycle and level or take advantage of various stations of varying stretching techniques and warm ups. Students may work through these stations, and challenges to increase their flexibility. The student may then free study on the Open Mat. Poomse will review All Bon, Tae Guek, Pal Gwe, and Dan level Poomse's as listed by the individual class. Student must be capable of self study without causing disruptions to the other students.
BASICS CLASS: This Class covers in detail all basics, including stances, chambers, kicks, etc... Basic level techniques will be covered each class for beginners, and higher level techniques will be covered for advanced students.
